Our approach
Insuretro doesn’t sell the personal information we collect for money. However, advertising and listing partners on our pages may use cookies and similar technologies, which some US state laws (including California’s) can treat as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.
How to opt out
- Global Privacy Control: turn on GPC in a supporting browser or extension. We treat it as a valid opt-out where required by law.
- Google ads: turn off personalized ads in Google’s Ads Settings.
- Industry tools: use optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) to opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies.
- Cookies: block or delete third-party cookies in your browser.
- Email us: send an opt-out or other privacy request to privacy@insuretro.com. We may need to verify your request.
Other rights
Depending on your state, you may also have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information. You can use an authorized agent. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights. See our privacy policy.
